The line is designed for parting bars of various sections up to the diameter of 155 mm and subsequent sorting workpieces as to length and treatment method. All operations are completely automated and set minimum demands on operators.
Main machine parameters:
- Cutting range, circle: 20 – 150 mm
- Cutting range, rectangle: 50 x 10 up to 150 x 100 mm
- Cutting range, square: 110 x 110 mm
- Cut lengths: 15 – 3 000 mm
- 100% length check
- 12 pallet positions for various jobs
The machine is designed as a programmable saw pursuant to customer's wishes. Therefore it enables to program up to 12 different jobs using various materials, place material onto the input conveyor and start unattended cutting. The machine is able to assort jobs into corresponding palette positions. Optimized utilization of a bar is tremendous benefit when parting the same material into different lengths.
In case it is necessary to guarantee lengths of cut pieces, it is possible to activate 100% length check. Then it is possible to print out a protocol to measured pieces.
