The line is designed for parting bars of various sections up to the diameter of 65 mm and for subsequent treatment of both workpiece ends in passing deburring equipment. Deburring is followed by length check and sorting to good and defective pieces in compliance with specified tolerances. All operations are fully automated with minimum demands set on operators.

- Cutting range, circle: 10 – 65 mm
- Cutting range, rectangle: 15 x 10 up to 65 x 60 mm
- Cutting range, square: 60 x 60 mm
- Cut lengths: 15 – 2 000 mm

The machine is designed based on customer’s wishes for parting sectional and circular thin-wall materials. The shaped jaws are used to avoid material deformation.
The passing deburring equipment, which sufficiently satisfies qualitative and performance demands, is used for circular materials. The customer utilizes 100% length check to guarantee tolerances requested by automobile industry.
