Outfeed Side
We offer various discharge systems for the outfeed side of the machine. These system act as sorting devices for cut-off pieces, trim cuts end remnant pieces. Due to their modular design, discharge systems can be easily adapted to differnt cut-off length according to each individual application.
Tilting Table
The tilting table acts as material support of cut-off pieces with lengths above 300 mm (12”) and separates cut-off pieces from trim cuts and remnant pieces.
The maximal possible cut-off length 3,000mm (9.84’).
Sorting Table with Belt Conveyor
The tilting table acts as material support of cut-off pieces with lengths above 300 mm (12”) and separates cut-off pieces from trim cuts and remnant pieces.
Unlike the tilting table, it is capable of discharging and sorting to both sides.
Demagnetization
Demagnetization removes residual magnetism of parts that were magnetized because of material handling, cutting or other reasons.
Bundling Devices
Output bundle stacker enables automatic stacking of cut material and preparation for subsequent bundling.
