Below are some examples of dividing lines, which have been previously and successfully deployed in manufacturing operations around the world. All centers are customized for each customer.
Automatic parting line with ExactCut MAC 155 circular saw
The line is designed for parting bars of various sections up to the diameter of 155 mm and subsequent sorting workpieces as to length and treatment method.
Automatic parting line with ExactCut MAC 105 circular saw
This is the completely automated line with minimum demands set on operators, which are limited to material loading and setting machine input parameters only.
Basic version of parting line with ExactCut MAC 90 Circular Saw
The line basic version is fitted with the input magazine with adjustable angle that guides the round or angular material to the loading position. The magazine can be completed with the auxiliary package stacker.
Automatic parting line with ExactCut MAC 65 circular saw
The line is designed for parting bars of various sections up to the diameter of 65 mm and for subsequent treatment of both workpiece ends in passing deburring equipment.
